The United States international got another 90 minutes under his belt for the Rossoneri in their 3-0 victory over Empoli. He was not among the goals in that contest, but still contributed to Stefano Pioli’s side picking up three precious points in Serie A.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Olivier Giroud put Milan in complete control of a clash with Empoli, before Pulisic helped to wrap things up in the 88th minute. He collected the ball on the edge of his own box, before running the length of the pitch to tee up Chaka Traore for Milan’s third of the game.

Pulisic almost got on target himself against Empoli, as he had a second-half header impressively saved, while international team-mate Yunus Musah returned to action after missing four matches with a muscle injury – with the 21-year-old midfielder stepping off the bench for the final 20 minutes at Stadio Carlo Castellani.
