Tasmania had made 362 in their first innings and having resumed at 6 for 307 they lost Ben Hilfenhaus early in the day, a fourth wicket for Joe Mennie.Lawford then finished off the tail with the final three wickets, including Ben Dunk for 23 and Xavier Doherty for 20, and ended up with 5 for 82. Mennie picked up 4 for 68.
